Spicy Oven Fried Chicken

My husband went NUTS over this!.. next time.. I'll dip it in egg to make the breading stick better.. but aside from that.. everything was perfect! Thank you!

Basic Flaky Pie Crust

This dough tasted very good but it completely fell apart on me.. I followed to the T! I'll go back to my old recipe because this one is just not good enough for all the baking I do.

Italian Bread Bowls

Very Delicious but next time I will only make 4 bowls instead of eight or double it for eight bowls. The bowls were too small for my family. Also I sprinkled italian seasoning on top before baking and they were delicious!!!!! And the Cheesiest Potato Soup was perfect for it.

Cheesiest Potato Soup

YUMMMMMM!! This soup was so easy to make and tasted soo good! I baked the bread bowl to put it in.. which was ok.. but the soup is great by itself. I used more potatoes and only slightly mashed them and added more cheese, also a clove of garlic with the onions. and then added pieces of chopped ham and it was incredible.

A-Number-1 Banana Cake

This was absolutely OUTSTANDING!!! This is definetly replacing my current banana bread recipe! I can't get over how good this was.. I did not change a thing in the recipe.. Then I topped it with banana buttercream icing.. and it was OUT of this world!!

Great tasting pancakes.. very fluffy.. I made these for saturdays breakfast and we loved them.. the only change i made was add a small shot of vanilla :-) very tasty!!

Ninety Minute Cinnamon Rolls

Absolutely Incredible!!! I tripled the batter and gave them to friends and everyone loved them! They were super gooey fresh out of the oven and the best part.. it's the next day and my house still smells good!!

Peanut Butter Frosting

great peanut buttery taste! i took another reviewers suggestion and added 1/2 c pb and cut the sugar in half but it is fantastic! i topped this on a chocolate cake and crushed up reeses cups and covered the top it was delicious!!!

Apple Pie Filling

Incredible!!! I used 5 cups water for each batch (i did a double batch in my large stockpot) and 1 cup apple cider and i doubled the cinnamon in each batch.. but it was absolutely incredible!! and the best part is i have enough for 10 pies! i individually froze each pie portion so i can just take it out of the freezer every time i need a pie. It tastes wonderful! Thank you for the great recipe!! My friends and family are raving over it!!

delicious MOIST cake! I made it exactly as the recipe calls and i let it sit 24 hours before serving, and had rave reviews! Everybody loved this cake and it's so simple to make. Thanks for the great recipe!

Grandma's Lemon Meringue Pie

This pie was incredible. It was easy to make and it wasn't to sweet or to sour, it was just perfect! My family is now asking for a fifth serving! I've had to make it four times already! I used two more egg whites for the meringue for extra to make it really high.. but this pie is perfect the way it is! I highly recomend it!
