Fiery Pepper Chicken

Reviewed: Oct. 17, 2010
Keep a cold beer or a pitcher of water nearby. First time I've ever tried cooking with dried peppers. Gave it the kick, but we ended up pushing most of them to the side of the plate, because their texture left something to be desired. I added sliced fresh mushrooms, just because we had them around. My husband picked this recipe, looking for something spicy. We both enjoyed it! Our daughter asked me to make it in a few months on her birthday. I know it called for Szechuan peppercorns, but I couldn't find them after trying three differant stores, so we went ahead and did without. I added fresh ground pepper and still liked it. Will make again...and will be on the look out for the right peppercorns next time we're near the city. Thanks for this recipe, it's a keeper.

Absolutely loved this! Everyone cleaned their plate. Ran short on breadcrumbs so I crumbled 1 cup of stuffing mix. Mixed the mayo and the milk as suggested in other reviews. Wonderful! Thanks for sharing this recipe!

Asian Salad

Reviewed: Jun. 18, 2010
My husband liked it alot better than I did...but I think the problem was the butter. I would recommend alot less, it took the asian taste away. But the recipe itself was great and really simple to throw together....a nice, quick meal! I will try it again with that modification. Thanks for the recipe!

Was a big hit with everyone, including the kids. I sustituted ground turkey for the beef and used a normal head of lettuce. A definite keeper! Thanks for the recipe!

Easiest Slow Cooker French Dip

Reviewed: Jan. 5, 2010
Very, very good! I started it in the crock pot the night before, and it fell apart by the time I was ready to put the sandwiches together. Yum! I sauteed some green peppers and onions and put them under the provolone slices before I threw the sandwiches in the oven to melt the cheese. My picky daughter loved them too! The aujus makes the difference! I will definitely make again! Thanks for the recipe!

Oven Roasted Stuffed Chicken Breasts

Reviewed: Dec. 9, 2009
Very good, but I tweaked a bit. I forgot to pick up walnuts, so I took it in a differant direction and added spinach and onions to the ricotta cheese. I had extra stuffing so I threw it on top of the chicken, and it browned wonderfully. Will definitely make again! Thanks for the recipe!
