I thought this was good, but it was a little bland. I think next time I will do less meat and more spices.

Oven Roasted Stuffed Chicken Breasts
I followed the recipe almost exactly. I used boneless, skinless breasts instead on skin ones and I also added a bunch of red potatoes. I thought this was good, but next time I'll cover it when I put it in the oven. Mine turned out a little dry. I'm also surprised that no one has commented on how MUCH stuffing this recipe makes. I had TOO much of it leftover. I ended up sprinkling it over the final dish just to utilize more of it. This recipe is too much stuffing for only 6 boneless chicken breast halves. Are you sure you didn't mean "6 boneless chicken breasts halved"? Anyway, will do a little more tweeking next time.

Sweet And Sour Glazed Chicken
I really liked this dish, but next time I make it, it will be ten times better. I took others suggestions and added pineapple, used only 1 package of onion soup and I added a chopped green pepper. I also took someone elses advice and used chicken thighs instead of breasts. BIG MISTAKE. Don't use thighs. The meat is all dark and it doesn't go well with this dish. It's also a pain to eat around the bones. Just go with good old boneless, skinless breasts. When I took it out of the oven, it was very runny. I would recommend adding some corn starch to thicken it up. Other than that, this dish is delicious and I will make it again.
