Beer Cooked Chicken
I made this the first time and it was good. Since then I have changed it up a bit and it gets requested regularly. I too marinate the chicken for two hours turning them over in the beer halfway through. My husband is a home brewer and I use a Saison he brewed. I added a large garlic clove minced and a finely diced shallot to the mushroom saute. I seasoned it with some fresh thyme, rosemary, salt and pepper. Using Tinkerbell926's review I added cheddar cheese along with parmesan cheese. This chicken is so juicy and so flavorful. Thank you for sharing.

Swedish-ish Meatballs
I would like to start out by saying I only used the meatball recipe and they were delicious. The family loved them. My best friend who is an amazing cook herself came over for dinner and loved them. The only change I made was to use beef with a higher fat ratio since my best friend has a pork allergy. There were no leftovers which is saying something since my family is made up of picky eaters, who all like something different. Thank you for sharing a new family favorite.

Nana's Yorkshire Pudding
These were so easy to make and held their shape perfectly. I have used this recipe twice and it is replacing my old yorkshire pudding recipe. Thank you for sharing.
