Chicken Cordon Bleu I

Reviewed: Jun. 5, 2012
My hubby & mom liked it as well as me. Din't bother with the breading, just baked it plain with provolone cheese & ham slices. Put some provolone on top of each piece of rolled chicken. Baked for 40 minutes at 350 & it came out great! Will make again.

Honeyed Pork Chops

Reviewed: Feb. 28, 2011
This recipe was easy & had a lot of flavor!! I, too, added more honey to it (4-5 tblsp). My husband doesn't care for pork but liked this recipe! i will definitely be cooking it again....maybe next time i'll not put in so much soy sauce.

Not so Sloppy Joe Casserole

Reviewed: Nov. 7, 2010
I made this last Friday night. It was very simple to make & tastes great!! I was smart & greased the bottom of the 9x13" baking dish before putting in the biscuits, however. I doubled the amount of hamburger used since I knew 1 lb wasn't going to be enough--glad I did!! I kept the rest of the recipe the same though. My husband doesn't usually care for casseroles but he really liked this one! Wish I could've found the Del Monte sloppy joe mix with mesquite in our store as I think that would've tasted better than the Manwich brand. But I will definitely be making this recipe again!

Bev's Orange Chicken

Reviewed: Oct. 15, 2010
Last night was the second time I cooked this recipe. My husband, mom, & I liked it much better this time around! The chicken was moist (as it was the last time) but I added more to the recipe. I used 3 boneless chicken BREASTS & added 1 1/2 cups of orange juice, 1/2 a packet of dry onion soup mix (as directed), a pinch of garlic salt, a pinch of ginger, & 2 1/2 TABLESPOONS of soy sauce. I marinated the chicken in this mixture for 7 1/2 - 8 hours in the refrigerator, then poured everything into a 9x13 baking dish & baked @ 350 for 35-40 minutes. It came out perfect!! It had a delicious orange flavor & you could taste the tang of the soy sauce. I will definitely be cooking this again!!

Scrumptious Beef and Potato Casserole

Reviewed: Apr. 21, 2010
My husband is not much of a casserole eater but he liked this one well enough to have "as a change of pace." However, I did have to increase the amount of soup to 1 1/2 cans. But it was still good.
