Thanksgiving is my absolute favorite holiday. Certainly, there's the food. But the food is simply a vehicle for bringing us together with family and friends to mark the accomplishments and trials of the year, to remember those that have touched our lives and to give thanks for all of it. MORE

I was almost out of chicken stock. What, you ask, does that have to do with a Rosemary Chicken recipe? I needed a chicken carcass, that's what. I know some people make stock from the whole chicken, but doing so renders the meat inedible. That just seems so wasteful to me. So, whenever I MORE
