Potato Gnocchi with Kale and Mushrooms in a Goat Cheese Sauce
For me, there is something wonderfully decadent about gnocchi. Made from either ricotta cheese or potato, it has such a creamy texture and is so often served in brown butter or olive oil sauces.

When I was growing up, my mom was one of those that loved to feed us seconds, thirds and mores. From a health perspective, we know now, we don't want to push food on people, even our children. It leads to overeating and unhealthy lifestyles. But I can understand
