I doubled this recipe to take to a potluck for 17 people. They loved it so much that there were no leftovers! This dip is great!

Marshmallow Fondant

This was really exhausting to make. And you need two people to work on this. Some people were talking about using their mixer but I did all mine by hand, it wasn't necessary to have a mixer. With just a wood spoon and a bowl. If it gets too hard to stir just pop it back in the microwave for 20 seconds. I made the mistake of making 5 different colors of fondant. Which looked pretty on my cookies but was way too much work for the outcome. I would recommend this if you are only doing one color but would not recommend it if you want to make multiple colors.

Royal Icing III

Great icing, great taste. Just remember to beat the eggs first, you'll probably be beating them for 5 minutes. Then beat the sugar into the eggs a little at a time.

The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies

I gave this recipe 2 stars because it says that it is for rolled sugar cookies. I followed the recipe to a T and the dough was so sticky that I had to knead in about a cup of flour before I could roll it out. Then the cookie cutters kept getting stuck in the dough and ruining the shape. And they puffed up a lot in the oven. Luckily I had made 2 batches and split the batches before I refridgerated them. I took the 2nd batch and put it back in my mixer with 2 cups of flour (1/4 cup at a time) and finally got something I could work with. After that the recipe was great! But I think you definately need to add about 2 cups more flour to the recipe. Just keep adding it until the dough is not super sticky anymore.
