Green Goddess Dressing III

Reviewed: Nov. 26, 2011
So sad that I could not find tarragon vinegar or fresh or dried tarragon so I just used White Wine vinegar. I only used 1/3 a cup because the first time I made it I felt it was too bitter. I added another garlic and used 1 1/2 of the green onions. Also I only used 1 anchovy as they were extra fishy. I love anchovies and the more the better but these were just not that great.. I have to say with all that it was still amazing and delicious. I used Mayo light and you can't even tell the difference.. I live in South Africa and have a all girl get together tomorrow I can't wait for my girlfriends taste my Green Goddess YAY thank you so much.. It is also always better the next day

My husband loved it.. although he said it would be better with ground beef but he thinks everything is better with meat. I didn't like it at all but I am not a curry lover like my husband.

Blender Hollandaise Sauce

Reviewed: Nov. 14, 2011
It is the easiest and greatest recipe for what this is.. I tried to change it a bit and not a good idea.. It is a bit lemony but it needs all the lemon to come out like hollandaise sauce.. I will make it again when we are not on a diet haha since we seem to be on one all the time now..

Honey Corn Bread

Reviewed: Nov. 14, 2011
I doubled the recipe and made them in individual cup cake servings because we had so many people. They were a big hit.. I made 2 changes because of what I had on hand. I used whipping cream in stead of half and half and I used agave instead of honey.. I also added the corn frozen and it was a big hit. They were so yummy.. Only cooked them 15 minutes.. Thank you so much. I do love them sweet next time I will add more agave. The best part is I made this in South Africa most of the people had never had corn bread and now I am a big hit.. HAHA thank you

Shrimply Delicious Shrimp Salad

Reviewed: Jun. 19, 2011
So I didn't use the eggs because well I don't like eggs in my salad but I followed everything else. The big mistake I made is I made it the night before and I did add the shrimp! DOn't do that. Make the mayo let stand alone till you are ready to serve last minute. Other wise you will have shrimp soup. Very yummy will make again

Chicken Tikka Masala

Reviewed: Jun. 19, 2011
I have never had this dish before but I maranated the chicken over night and made the sauce the next day. I used one jalapeno and only used one teaspoon of salt in marinate and sauce. I also doubled the red sauce as per some of the reviews. I found it needed more salt, I also added some brown sugar and found I had WAY to much sauce. Next time I will use exact about for sauce and use 1/2 a jalapeno since it was a bit hot. But I have to say very yummy none the less

I didn't find they had enough cheese or salt but to be fair I had to make my own biscuits since I am in South Africa. I did use Fluffy Biscuits from this sight with your ingredients but I didn't think they were tasty enough. Next time I will double the ingredients. and see if they taste like Red Lobster. I so do miss yummy biscuits :( Miss American food.

So so good. I made this for breakfast today and I was so impressed and I have to say the best pancakes I have ever had. I loved the orange sauce but my boyfriend said he doesn't like orange peel. It is good he doesn't know it is also in the pancakes as he loved thous. I made them exactly how the recipe calls but changed olive oil for butter as that is all I have and I cooked them in butter too.. SOOO yummy I have more left in my fridge for tomorrow. Brown Sugar Smokies

Reviewed: May 19, 2011
I tweaked a few things and next time i will follow the recipe more. I used the whole strip of bacon. First I placed the bacon in the sugar then wrapped the little smokie then I added more sugar on top. Last but not least I added a cherrie on top of each smokie and poured a little cherrie juice on the smoke. I wrapped them individually and used toothpicks. They were really delicious but a bit sweet. I made them for my boyfriend and I. We ate all but 3 and decided next time only to put brown sugar on top and always keep the cherrie that was super yummy and pretty. Thank you so much for the recipe I will make this for Rugby night!
