I have been looking at all the rum ball recipes and they all call for some sort of nut.  Most commonly the walnut, it this necessary?  I really don't like nuts but I know that they can add great taste to certain sweets. Like wedding cookies (crushed almonds) you can't taste them but… MORE

About this Cook
My mother can NOT cook but my dad was amazing so I learned to cook by watching him. I also went to school in Switzerland for cooking My mother used to burn grilled cheese and dry out pots with water in it needless to say I had to learn to cook since I got so tired of eating frozen meals. There were no microwaves at the time. So thank you Mom for being so terrible.

Green Goddess Dressing III
So sad that I could not find tarragon vinegar or fresh or dried tarragon so I just used White Wine vinegar. I only used 1/3 a cup because the first time I made it I felt it was too bitter. I added another garlic and used 1 1/2 of the green onions. Also I only used 1 anchovy as they were extra fishy. I love anchovies and the more the better but these were just not that great.. I have to say with all that it was still amazing and delicious. I used Mayo light and you can't even tell the difference.. I live in South Africa and have a all girl get together tomorrow I can't wait for my girlfriends taste my Green Goddess YAY thank you so much.. It is also always better the next day

Easy Curried Cauliflower
My husband loved it.. although he said it would be better with ground beef but he thinks everything is better with meat. I didn't like it at all but I am not a curry lover like my husband.
