To Die For Blueberry Muffins

My children, who typically only eat muffins from Starbucks, LOVED these. I was shocked at what a difference using fresh blueberries made. They are delicious and the recipe is perfect as written. I have only been at my job for 2 months and felt comfortable enough to bring some to share with my co-workers. THAT is how good they are. Enjoy!

Hot Spiced Cider

I can't keep enough apple cider in the house. We found cider without sediment, so it was nice and clear. We put the spices in coffee filter so that wasn't floating in there either. We replaced the orange with 1/3 cup no pulp orange juice and cooked it all in the crockpot for about 3 hours. It's delicious, and my teenagers make it themselves because they love it too. Very, very good!

Best Toffee Ever - Super Easy

I had been given some homemade toffe as a gift severall years ago and just fell in love. I had always liked toffee candy bars, but this toffee was special. I found this recipe and am completely ruined for commercial toffee. This recipe is so good and so easy, I can't stop getting requests for it. I follow the instructions exactly and if you don't stir it too much close to the end, it will turn the beautiful golden brown color you want. It is delicious and makes people think it's a lot harder than it really is! Thanks for sharing this recipe!

Baked Potato Soup I

I have a daughter who only wants us to go to restuarants (or wants me to pick it up for her) with this soup on the menu. I thought it would be beneficial to learn to make it at home. I cut the milk to 4 cups, added a can of cheddar cheese soup and chicken broth for additional flavor. I used onion powder and garlic powder in place of the onions. I didn't add any salt because the soup is salty enough. The soup was delicious and my family requires me to keep it in the fridge now. Thanks for sharing!

White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake

Brought this to an adults only birthday party and it was a HUGE hit. It was only my second cheesecake and I was apprehensive because my first attempt (using a different recipe) cracked. I followed all the tips and the result was very professional in appearance. I doubled the raspberry sauce recipe and poured it all over the finished (uncracked) product. I used the leftover white chocolate chips by melting them and pouring them into a wax paper lined bowl, allowing the chocolate to harden into a block. Using my vegetable peeler, I decorated the top of the cheesecake with white chocolate curls. It was beautiful and delicious. Thank you so much for this recipe!
