Sangria! Sangria!

Reviewed: Jun. 22, 2014
Wow, Wow, Wow!! So delicious and strong but not too strong. the changes I made: 1/4 cup sugar; gingerale added just before serving; chilled w/out fruit for 24 hrs. prior (added the fruit 9 hrs, prior to serving); added the cherry juice from the cherry jar; only 1/2 cup lemon juice. LOVED it! thank you for sharing and thank you to all the other reviewers for helping me pick his recipe :) oh, I used a nice orange liqueur instead of triple-sec...taste better

Anna's Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Sep. 5, 2013
YUM! i was looking for a cookie recipe with a small amount of white sugar and butter (had no car, had to work with what was at the house for my child's birthday) :) I halved this recipe and it made 30 cookies (some were small). It was a great tasting cookie and the texture was just perfect...don't use cheap chocolate (i use Guittard's bittersweet chips) and you won't be disappointed. i followed the recipe exactly - just halved it all and it was super great!

Asparagus with Sliced Almonds and Parmesan Cheese

sooo yummy! i used a non-stick pan so i had no trouble some others mentioned about cheese sticking. you do need to watch it because once the cheese starts to brown, it goes fast.

Viva Madrid Spanish Chicken

I did not like this at all. The chicken was kind of slimy because of the flour and it held no flavor

Light and Fluffy Spinach Quiche

Reviewed: Apr. 28, 2010
wow, wow, wow! So super yummy. half family can't have cheese so i omitted it from the interior of the quiche and sprinkled it on half and it totally rocked! I think the mayo made the recipe - I have used another quiche recipe from a food network star and this one blew that one out of the water.

Streusel Topped Blueberry Muffins

Reviewed: Feb. 1, 2010
Wonderful!! I made it lactose-free by using lactose-free milk and coconut oil in place of the butter and they were really great! I did not have any lemons on hand so I zested an orange and the substitution was fine

I did not like the sugar cookie as the base -- too sweet. The filling was amazing though
