Spinach Tomato Tortellini

Followed the exact directions. The dish is great and be prepared in little time. I made this dish ahead of a dinner party I'm planning and gave a container of this to my next door neighbors for their opinion. They loved it! With leftovers, I did compliment it with grilled chicken. I will definitely pass this recipe to others!

Quick Chicken a la King

I was trying to find something different to prepare for dinner. This is a dish my mom made when I was young. My family love it. I made some changes - used Cream of Chicken; sauteed celery, red and green peppers, mushrooms; used a little chicken bouillon (with a little water) and pepper. Served over rice. This is a keeper.

Easy Salsa Meatloaf

This was a great receipe and quick to prepare. I did not add the cheese. The last 20 minutes of baking I added salsa on the top of the loaf. Everyone loved it.

Slow Cooker Salisbury Steak

This was great! Did a few changes. Cooked in my electric skillet instead of the crock pot. I used ground turkey;added 2 eggs to make sure the paddies would hold together; used an off-brand onion soup mix (lower sodium) than Lipton's brand. I also used golden mushroom soup (low sodium) and Heinz brown mushroom gravy. After browning the paddies, I sauteed a sweet onion in drippings. Simmered all in the electric skillet for 45 min. to an hour. It dish was a huge hit! Served with garlic roasted potatoes, french style green beans and corn bread muffins.

Honey Mustard Grilled Chicken

What a great recipe! I followed all but used worcheshire sauce and added a little minced garlic and parsley. I cooked the chicken breasts on the George Foreman grill. A different spin and great flavor. Served with wild rice and french style green beans.
