Orzo and Tomato Salad with Feta Cheese

This wasn't my favorite. Be careful with the amount of dill you put in. I did add garlic and balsamic vinaigrette, which I really liked.

Tangy Dill Potato Salad

I'm personally not a huge fan of mayonnaise in things, but this recipe was pretty tasty. I ended up using rosemary instead of dried dill just because that was what was in my kitchen, but it was still pretty good.

Portobello Mushroom Burgers

This recipe is really delicious, but we dipped ours in marinara sauce which completed the flavor. Personally, I think I would always eat this with marinara sauce.

Grilled Garlic Parmesan Zucchini

Sauteed Curried Corn

This is so quick and easy to make. It's pretty tasty, too. Being a college student, this is a great quick fix to make in as large or small a portion as you'd like.

Avocado, Tomato and Mango Salsa

This salsa was delicious, but you really need to let it sit overnight for it to taste its best. I added corn and seasoned black beans to the recipe, which was delicious.

Pasta Carcione

This pasta is quick, easy, and delicious. I used wheat pasta and added a little parmesan for some extra flavor. I loved how the goat cheese melted and made a creamy sauce for the pasta. I made a smaller portion for just one, and I really just eyeballed everything as far as how much spinach, tomato, and goat cheese to use. I also cooked my tomato and spinach for just a few minutes in some olive oil and garlic.

Oatmeal Banana Nut Bread
