I'm so glad I found this recipe to satisfy my craving for zucchini. I chopped my veggies rather finely so they would fit nicely. It was delicious with a crusty roll. Absolutely going to make this again!

Amaretto

I made this recipe then sampled along side amaretto I brought home from my vacation in Italy. Seriously, I could not taste a difference. I don't use amaretto often but when I need some for a recipe or cocktail for a guest, this will definitely what I use. Outstanding!

No Bake Peanut Butter Pie

I love this pie but I use chocolate crumb crusts. To make it special, I drizzle the top back and forth with chocolate syrup. Then go across back and forth with a toothpick to make a pretty design. The first time I served it to my husband he kept asking me where I had bought it and didn't believe I had made it.
