Haddock Bubbly Bake

I think the recipe as-is is okay so I added a layer of boxed bread stuffing (stove top stuffing) and I mixed a bit of celery powder into the the soup. I've also had it with scallops added to the white fish....wishing I had some this time around :)

Baby Back Ribs

Worked like a charm for someone starting at ground zero with ribs! I gave the recipe 5 stars but as is is probably a 4.5. One tip in the reviews was to remove the membrane and I wouldn't have figured that out on my own. The other was to broil it (or grill it but I chose to broil it) with extra sauce to get that glazed bbque yumminess - I would have figured that one on my own.

Sweet Potato Potato Salad

We really enjoyed this potato salad recipe. I used celery seasoning in place of celery and while it tasted good it was missing the crunch so I added chopped apple as a previous reviewer stated and it worked wonderfully. So I would imagine the recipe as stated would be good too. Oh, I did only use two eggs as well.

Sweet and Sour Chicken I

The coating for the chicken I make over and over again and use whatever sauce I have around or sometimes no sauce. Will try the recommendation of cooking as normal and then baking.

Dill Dip III

I needed a made from scratch recipe that did not contain cream cheese and this worked perfect although I will reduce the salt the next time. Recipe makes a large batch so I halved it.
