Very smooth and rich and chocolatey :) As per other reviews, I used an extra TB of cornstarch and half a cup of coffee to bring out the chocolate flavour; as well, after I pulled it off the stove, I added in a few TBS of peanut butter and it tasted like a Reece's Peanut Butter Cup pie! ;P It was a chocolate lover's dream! Next time, I'll try this on a graham cracker crumb crust (I DID have the crumbs on hand, but I wanted to use up an extra pie shell I had) with whipped topping (didn't have any on hand this time, but it was already quite decadent!). I also had some extra filling left over, so I just poured it into little containers to chill for a quick chocolate snack/dessert during the week :D Thanks for posting this recipe!
