Cowboy Cookie Mix in a Jar
The cookies are wonderful! I had a problem fitting everything into the jar, after reading other comments know I'll have an easier time next go-round. Going to pkg. ingredients in zip top bags to take in RV for cookie baking. Thanks everyone for great suggestions! Merry Christmas.

My Best Clam Chowder
We love clam chowder, have enjoyed it from Boston to the Oregon Coast. This recipe was thick and good, however it lacked enough clam taste. I think I would add more clams, maybe some juice. My husband thought it a bit too thick, so the juice would flavor it up as well and thinning it out a bit. I cut up several strips of bacon browned those and sauted vegetables in the bacon before adding the clam liquor. I will try it again for sure!

Monkey Bread I
Wonderful, but a bit dry. I will increase amount of sauce a bit next time. I used pecans, my family loved it.
