Delicious! I followed the directions to a tee, except I did add a little bit more vinegar and marinated overnight. It tasted so much like my grandmother's. Thanks for sharing!

This did not firm up after 6 hours. Eventually, I put in the freezer and that did the trick! Great taste, but will use slightly less lemon juice and buttermilk to see if this will help with the consistency.

Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings

Good recipe. I have never made traditional chicken and dumplings, so for me, this was a first. It was tasty, but I would use a little bit less biscuit dough (or maybe add a little more water/chicken broth). Overall, I would make this again.

Slow Cooker Lasagna

This was a quick, easy and delicious recipe. I substituted ground turkey for the ground beef, ricotta for the cottage cheese and added more sauce. I cooked it for 5 hours on low, and the noodles were perfect. My brother who really doesn't even like pasta went back for seconds and thirds. Perfect!

Dump Cake IV

Delicious! I followed the recipe to a tee, except I used about a third less of the butter. It still came out very moist. I also used a 9x13 glass dish and it baked great.
