Fluffy Pancakes

Wow. Wow. Wow. I've made these pancakes twice and I'm saying goodbye to Bisquick. I didn't change a thing (other than add a little vanilla). They are fluffy, delicious, perfect. Thank you for this simply wonderful recipe!

A wonderful simple recipe. Love it! I definitely added the vanilla and a splash of almond extract. It gave the dough a better consistency. Thanks so much for this perfect cookie!

Four Cheese Macaroni

This is a sinfully good mac & cheese. So creamy and flavorful - love it. The only thing I added was panko Italian seasoned bread crumbs coated with a little melted butter. The crumbs really added a nice touch. Great recipe! Thanks.

Turkey Breast Florentine

I only had turkey tenderloins so I couldn't really make the rollup. I ended up spreading the mixture on top of the turkey, sprinkled on bread crumbs, grated cheese and added some butter. It was fantastic. Thanks for a great recipe.

Soft Oatmeal Cookies

These were so delicious!! Oddly enough, I didn't have enough oatmeal so I used around 10 packets of cinnamon and spice instant oatmeal and then just omitted the cinnamon in the recipe. Worked great. Thanks for a really great recipe.

Basil Pan-Seared Scallops over Pasta

I'm on Weight Watchers, so to make this a little more diet friendly, I made a few changes. I only used 2T butter total, 2T olive oil, and divided it between the skillet and the sauce. I made the sauce with 1 T butter, 1T olive oil, lemon juice, basil, garlic, and chicken broth. I also added in asparagus and fresh tomatoes. And - I used whole wheat pasta. All in all, very tasty. This recipe was a great jumping off point and I still stayed on WW. 1 serving was 6 points.

Sausage Pasta

This has the potential to be really delicious but it came out way too salty. I didn't add any additional spices so I think it was just the combination of the sodium in the sausage and chicken broth.

Double Chocolate Brownie Cake

Look no further for an amazing, easy cake recipe! This was by far the most delicious, rich cake I have ever made. I've made it twice and received rave reviews both times. For an easy chocolate glaze, melt 2 T butter, melt 2/3 cup of chocolate chips, mix together with 2T corn syrup and drizzle over the cake. I also used confectioner's sugar on top to pretty it up, and dotted with chocolate mini-morsels. You've gotta try cake this to believe it.
