Fluffy Pancakes

Reviewed: Aug. 31, 2013
Wow. Wow. Wow. I've made these pancakes twice and I'm saying goodbye to Bisquick. I didn't change a thing (other than add a little vanilla). They are fluffy, delicious, perfect. Thank you for this simply wonderful recipe!

A wonderful simple recipe. Love it! I definitely added the vanilla and a splash of almond extract. It gave the dough a better consistency. Thanks so much for this perfect cookie!

Four Cheese Macaroni

Reviewed: Oct. 20, 2008
This is a sinfully good mac & cheese. So creamy and flavorful - love it. The only thing I added was panko Italian seasoned bread crumbs coated with a little melted butter. The crumbs really added a nice touch. Great recipe! Thanks.

Turkey Breast Florentine

Reviewed: Apr. 29, 2008
I only had turkey tenderloins so I couldn't really make the rollup. I ended up spreading the mixture on top of the turkey, sprinkled on bread crumbs, grated cheese and added some butter. It was fantastic. Thanks for a great recipe.

Mexican Cheese Dip

I've made this before and it's always hit. This time, however, I mixed a pound of sweet italian, ground sausage. It's amazing.

Soft Oatmeal Cookies

Reviewed: Mar. 13, 2008
These were so delicious!! Oddly enough, I didn't have enough oatmeal so I used around 10 packets of cinnamon and spice instant oatmeal and then just omitted the cinnamon in the recipe. Worked great. Thanks for a really great recipe.

Basil Pan-Seared Scallops over Pasta

Reviewed: Feb. 6, 2008
I'm on Weight Watchers, so to make this a little more diet friendly, I made a few changes. I only used 2T butter total, 2T olive oil, and divided it between the skillet and the sauce. I made the sauce with 1 T butter, 1T olive oil, lemon juice, basil, garlic, and chicken broth. I also added in asparagus and fresh tomatoes. And - I used whole wheat pasta. All in all, very tasty. This recipe was a great jumping off point and I still stayed on WW. 1 serving was 6 points.

Cathy's Banana Bread

Reviewed: Oct. 4, 2002
I also used plain yogurt instead of sour cream and it came out so moist! This was by far the best banana bread recipe I have used. Excellent!

Sausage Pasta

Reviewed: Apr. 9, 2002
This has the potential to be really delicious but it came out way too salty. I didn't add any additional spices so I think it was just the combination of the sodium in the sausage and chicken broth.

Double Chocolate Brownie Cake

Reviewed: Jul. 19, 2001
Look no further for an amazing, easy cake recipe! This was by far the most delicious, rich cake I have ever made. I've made it twice and received rave reviews both times. For an easy chocolate glaze, melt 2 T butter, melt 2/3 cup of chocolate chips, mix together with 2T corn syrup and drizzle over the cake. I also used confectioner's sugar on top to pretty it up, and dotted with chocolate mini-morsels. You've gotta try cake this to believe it.
