Blueberry Pound Cake

Fantastic!!! I made it exactly like the recipe except I added juice and zest of one lemon to the batter and made a lemon, milk and powdered sugar glaze to drizzle on the top. I didn't drizzle a whole lot because I didn't want it to overpower the taste of the cake. It was perfect. It was just enough to have a taste of lemon with the blueberries. Will definitely be making again!!

Annie's Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Chips

BIG HIT!!! Very good and is a nice substitute to the brownies and cookies at family gatherings. I did not have raspberries so I added blueberries. Very yummy! I also used apricot preserves and it blended very well with the fresh fruit.

Pastry for Double Pie-Crust

BE SURE TO CHILL WATER FIRST!! So easy, but the water does need to be COLD!! Just stick water in the freezer for a few miuntes before using.

Fresh Rhubarb Pie

AWESOME PIE!!! This pie was soooo easy to make and it turned out great! I wouldn't change a thing about it. I did NOT want to make it at first, b/c I didn't think it would be good. (I have never had a rhubarb pie before) My boyfriend wanted one for Valentine's Day so I made this recipe. I was amazed! I will definitely make again!

Peanut Blossoms II

These cookies are one of my favorites. My mom and I have been making them for years. We found that putting the kiss in upside down helps keep the cookie from breaking apart. It also makes it easier to package and they taste the same.
