Penne with Chicken and Pesto
I was disappointed. Very bland. Family did not care for it.

Chicken Milano
The sauce is absolutley fabulous! However, I gave it four stars because the sundried tomatoes were way too much. I personally don't care for the tangy taste. Everyone else loved it with the tomatoes. Next time I will use the oil-packed instead of the non-oil packed although the recipe says not to use them. At the very least I would cut down on the amount of tomatoes, use fresh or just omit them altogether. This would also be great with mushrooms. I also served the chicken on the side. Excellent recipe and a keeper for sure.

Jamie's Minestrone
This is definitely healthy as it is packed with fresh veggies. We all liked okay. No one was overly thrilled about it. I think is was kind of bland and would definitely double, if not triple the spices.
