Cranberry Crunch Squares

First of all, these cannot be cut into squares and eaten like brownies. Also, I added 1 cup of flour in an effort to hold them together. I scoop it out onto a plate with a spoon while still warm, and everybody loves this dessert. Next time I will add the chocolate chips as someone else suggested. I have also cut down the amount of sugar in these.

Creamy Bow Tie Pasta Salad with Prosciutto, Peas, Grapes, and Dried Cranberries

First, the amount of pasta is way too much for the amount of dressing. Using 1 lb. (16 oz.) pasta would be better. For all the exotic ingredients, this was a very bland salad. Next time, I will use regular bacon, more of all the other ingredients, and omit the very expensive fresh thyme and oregano, since they end up adding very little to the taste. I took it to a party for the first try-out, where it was not a hit.
