Made as recipe was written and it turned out perfect. I wanted a spicy cookie and after reading several reviews I added crystalized ginger cut into tiny pieces, Siagon Cinnamon and a few turns of fresh ground pepper, really ramped up the spice level! Would be good with icing drizzled or white or dark chocolate glaze.
