Too Much Chocolate Cake
I followed the recipe exactly for a friend's birthday cake and it was delicious! Definitely intended for chocoholics though. Took about 55 min - 1 hr to bake. Allow plenty of time to cool as instructed because it's very soft and hard to remove from the pan without breaking. I made it in a cake pan instead of a bundt pan because I wanted to do a stencil on top with powdered sugar. Be forewarned that if you use a regular cake pan, it needs to be bigger than 9 in. because the cake + pudding mixes make the cake rise a LOT. I used a 9 in. pan and had enough batter left over for 12 cupcakes! I wouldn't recommend using a glaze or it might be too sweet. This was perfect with a dusting of powdered sugar. Everyone went back for seconds!

Perfect Baked Potato
Delicious. Changes: I wrapped it in foil and baked at 400 for 1 hour. The skin was so crispy and delicious! FINALLY I was able to find a restaurant quality baked potato recipe!

Chicken Piccata with Artichoke Hearts
Delicious! I skipped the wine, onion, black pepper, and capers because I didn't have any. The sauce had a perfect butter/lemony flavor and was amazing with the artichoke hearts. I added lemon slices to the finished product as a garnish. Next time i'll try it with the white wine.
