Great recipe, doubled it but still kept it in the 9x13 in pan and it turned out fantastic. Also added vanilla to give a touch of flavor.

Buttermilk Pound Cake II

Reviewed: Feb. 22, 2011
This being my first time making a pound cake i was kinda clueless as to what it should or shouldn't be like. It turned out very well- I believe I overcooked i though. Its very delicious eaten plain with a scoop of vanilla ice cream! It takes quite alot of ingredients and was very dense! I found it very sweet. So i'd very much like to know if theres a way to de-sweeten it!? Overall,I think i'd make it again (not too often because it takes tons of eggs and TONS of sugar), and everyone enjoyed it!

Melt - In - Your - Mouth Shortbread

Reviewed: Oct. 18, 2010
Was alright! I didn't expect it to be THAT met in your mouth!!! This is the closest thing you will ever get to melt-in-your-mouth,in my opinion. I think if it had a little more of a substantial ing. it would be great!! And it was also too buttery. Of of that i guess i would have to say it was only alright! ...But it sure does make a pretty picture! =)

Very delicious and easy! ..... overall the dough came out perfect,a little salty, and the texture was great. I put each bun into an individual cupcake pan with melted butter on the bottom...... this came out wonderfully, added with a scoop of Ice cream on top! Everyone enjoyed it. I will be making this again, for sure!

Toffee Nut Cookies

Reviewed: Apr. 12, 2010
YUMMY! I have made this 5 times now and this was very good, a great find.... I prefer pecans to walnuts as i find walnuts little to bitter! I like to grind the nuts more to make them finer and not so crunchy! Spreading the batter on to the parchment paper is a bit tricky so be ready- I once added caramel to mine and it was fantastic....although you must be sure not to add all the chocolate! They call for TOO much chocolate i would use half the amount with or without the caramel!!!! I would def consider this a delicacy,as you can not eat to many before you get sugar-outed! you can be creative with this recipe! I will def make this hundreds and hundreds more times...... Thanks for this recipe. The BEST TOFFEE I HAVE EVER HAD!!!!! YUM YUM YUM!

Coconut Bread Rolls

Reviewed: Mar. 26, 2010
This was all right, It never turned out golden brown and was toughy even though I cooked it 20 over :(. But still,Thanks michael for the recipe,it did enjoy trying it" a good idea would be adding coconut flakes on top or in the middle! i would also add more of the coconut taste,I didnt get much of it !

Fluffy Biscuits

Reviewed: Jan. 30, 2010
These are the BEST biscuits every, they were phenomenal! they have just the right sweetness and are perfectly fluffy :)!!! I didn't roll out the dough, but i just sorta balled them and stuck them on a baking stone! I always make my biscuits like that. when i do that they always come out crispy ALL over and soft and fluffy in the inside!!! I added 1/2 teaspoon more sugar that made it just right! catherine~ I wish I could rate it more than five stars, id would defiantly make it to 100 stars!!!!!!!

Coffee Butter Frosting

Reviewed: Dec. 25, 2009
This didn't have the taste of coffee enough even with a VERY strong coffee, which I used, in it... So I applied to one of the reviews and added 2 more tablespoons of coffee! The taste came up a bit but not so much! In this recipe, I think you should be a tester in your amount of coffee added ;D!

Creamy Buttercream Frosting

Reviewed: Dec. 25, 2009
This has quite the name for itself!! mine tasted just like Butter, I was VERY disappointed, but then thats its taste, Right? Taking the amount of sweetness in your hands is a really good feature I liked about this recipe! I covered a 9inch layer cake and had Half the cream left!

Cream Cheese Squares

Reviewed: Nov. 16, 2009
I give it a *three star only because of the convenience. I did not pour all of the 1/4 sugar to sprinkle over the top! WAY TO SWEET! It was too salty also, so I would use "reduced fat" cresent roll dough! other than that it came out fantastic, very good!
