French Silk Chocolate Pie I
The easiest and (by FAR) best chocolate silk pie! I highly rec. this. The texture is just perfect and its makes a delicious cold/creamy dessert. This is a perfect dessert for any occasion-Bring it to a bbq kick-out or bring it to a fancy friends celebration...either way it fits in PERFECT! * * * * *

Buttermilk Pound Cake II
This being my first time making a pound cake i was kinda clueless as to what it should or shouldn't be like. It turned out very well- I believe I overcooked i though. Its very delicious eaten plain with a scoop of vanilla ice cream! It takes quite alot of ingredients and was very dense! I found it very sweet. So i'd very much like to know if theres a way to de-sweeten it!? Overall,I think i'd make it again (not too often because it takes tons of eggs and TONS of sugar), and everyone enjoyed it!

Melt - In - Your - Mouth Shortbread
Was alright! I didn't expect it to be THAT met in your mouth!!! This is the closest thing you will ever get to melt-in-your-mouth,in my opinion. I think if it had a little more of a substantial ing. it would be great!! And it was also too buttery. Of of that i guess i would have to say it was only alright! ...But it sure does make a pretty picture! =)
