Mom's Carrot Cake

I made this cake for the first time for Thanksgiving it came out very moist and tasty but just a little heavy for me. Made it again for Christmas without the Walnuts and less pineapples and coconuts and it was excellent thank you.

Scott Hibb's Amazing Whisky Grilled Baby Back Ribs

I had a cookout and used this recipe and everybody loved it. However, I didn't have tomatoe paste or sauce so I used a cup of Ketcup and didn't have molasses I added more brown sugar and honey it was great. Thanks
