Apple Bundt Cake

I was dissapointed with this cake. A bit eggy and not as flavorful as I thought it would be. I also wished I had stirred the apples into the batter rather than layering them in. Won't be making this cake again.

Pumpkin Ravioli with Hazelnut Cream Sauce

Very tasty! Very filling and rich! However, very time consuming. Wish I didn't try this recipe for the first time for Thanksgiving. Sorta stressed me out trying to make fresh pasta.

Pumpkin Tart With Pecan Crust

Way too much ginger! The crust was good and I may use that again but the filling didn't set up entirly eventhough I cooked it extra long and again way too much ginger.

Baked Brie with Pesto and Pine Nuts

Very easy, very good. I accidentaly left it in the oven too long but it didn't hurt it. Basil and parsley can be used instead of the special blend they suggest using.

Honey Mustard Tofu

pretty tasty. I wished the tofu stayed crunchy after I added the sauce. Next time I will make the sauce seperatly and and pour it on top of the tofu.
