I am predominantly a self-taught cook. I have worked as the cook for a local cafe up until its closing on Aug. 19, 2009. On the side I make specialty desserts and custom fondant cakes to supplement my income.

Any dessert! I love making cakes and I make my own fondant as well.
My favorite family cooking traditions
I come from a very southern family so some of my recipes reflect that. My mother's side is Greek and my grandmother was raised in an Italian foster home, so needless to say in my family a recipe cannot have too much garlic!
