Venison Tenderloin Bites

Reviewed: Oct. 30, 2011
Awesome recipe. My husband shot his deer over the weekend and I cooked up this recipe three days later. Only change.....I did not use fresh parsley, just parsley out of the spice rack. I baked rather then broiled...for about 15 minutes at 415 degrees. Extremely tender and amazing flavor. I just served with rice rather then arugula.

Blackberry Cobbler

Reviewed: Dec. 19, 2009
Tasty and easy! I prepared it using ALL the ingredients indicated, but added a tsp of vanilla as per Adrienne C.'s recommendation. I placed the berries on the bottom of a 9 X 13 dish and sprinkled with sugar. Then poured the batter on top. Cook time for about 55 minutes; I set it for 45 minutes and then added 10 minutes. My husband and I loved it. The batter was just the right amount of sweetness and texture!

Rich Green Bean Casserole

Reviewed: Dec. 19, 2009
Loved this recipe! We always keep a lot of cheese on hand in our house, but not the processed cheese. So I just dumped a bunch of shredded cheese into the mix and melted it. It was wonderful. How can you go wrong using cheese in ANY recipe! At least in our household! Quick and easy also.

Microwave Peanut Brittle

Reviewed: Dec. 16, 2009
I followed the timing instructions of Rebecca. Which was 3.5 minutes, 3 minutes, and then 1 minute. All three batches turned out perfectly. I used silicone baking sheets, so the brittle literally peeled right off. Same with the spatula, I used a silicone one. The brittle was crunchy and great tasting. Just like the stuff you buy. I also drizzled milk chocolate over 2 of the batches. Wonderful!

Fisherman's Quick Fish

Reviewed: Aug. 26, 2009
Simple but REALLY good. I used Petrale Sole for this recipe, turned out great. For the fish type used I decreased the temperature and cooked about 15 minutes. I eyeballed the other ingredients for measurements and used the suggestions from other postings. Kettle brand Sea Salt/Vinegar chips and Chedder cheese. I also added a little garlic sprinkle and pepper to the coating. This was a great recipe, one we'll use again I'm sure.
