Fantastic, everyone loved these! When I was making these I realized I was out of eggs, so I used 1 tbsp milled flax seed and 3 tbsp water as an egg substitute. I was a little worried people would notice the milled flax seed, but they didnt! In fact, everyone was asking if I had a secret ingredient! I also added 1/2 tsp of cinnamon to the batter, and served with the "Sauteed Apples" recipe from this website. The pancakes were light and fluffy as ever, and extremely tasty! Thanks for the recipe!
