Best muffins I have ever made 3x over. I have used this recipe THREE times and EVERY time they have come out PERFECTLY. They are moist but not soggy, if you follow the directions they bake perfectly!!! (I suggest adding blueberries to 6 of the 12 and putting extra brown sugar on the top of the other 6, the displacement of the blueberries leaves extra batter for the non, so the non blueberries get "muffin tops"!)

Never Fail Chocolate Chip Cookies

They were PERFECTLY moist, but not goey, not crusty either. I have failed MISERABLY in the past with chocolate chip cookies. THIS WORKS! threw in some cinnamon with 1/3 of the remaining batter and they were GREAT!

German Apple Cake I

This recipe, this cake, is FANTASTIC! I mean I am good, really have only mastered one thing REALLY well, but now I have this too. I wish I could save the cake I just baked in a time box. Anyway, it was GREAT! But I did it slightly differently. I recommend (if I do say so myself), pouring 1/3 of the plain batter into the bottom of the tin, then adding the apple pieces to the remaining 2/3s of the batter and adding about 1/3 of a cup of brown sugar, then pouring the apple-brownsugary-batter on top and cooking for more like 47 minutes.

Snickerdoodles II

I found these a little boring. They LOOKED like they were going to turn out perfectly when they were in the dough ball stage but they didn't. The sugar wasn't thick enough, the crust on top. The cookies were sort of flat. Disappointing :(

The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies

For me, this recipe did NOT turn out well. I wouldn't call them sugar cookies. I would call them odd little dough-cake-bread items that I now must slather in icing to make up for their bland taste. SO many people gave this a high rating I have a feeling I did something wrong. I am going to try to remake these some day. I don't think it's fair to give this one star because of my error (with a lack of sugar) so there's the three.
