Linguine Pasta with Shrimp and Tomatoes

Reviewed: Jul. 19, 2010
I loved this recipe, with a couple of changes/additions. I used 2 14 oz cans of fire roasted tomatoes, and added a small carton of heavy cream towards the end. I also did not saute the shrimp before hand but put them into the simmering tomatoes right before I added the cream. This gave the sauce an excellent shrimp flavor. Will definately make again!!

Fruit Cobbler

Reviewed: Jul. 16, 2010
This was a great recipe. I used semi-thawed peaches & raspberries because the tree fruit isn't ripe yet. Worked out very well. I think I'll add a little more vanilla next time. I think you could use probably any fruit for this. Super easy. Thanks for the great recipe!!

Mom's Good Cinnamon Rolls

Reviewed: May 19, 2010
Excellent recipe...I did make a couple revisions. Like other reviewers I increased the sugar topings to 1 c both brown & white sugar and 3 tbls cinnamon. I also rolled out the dough into one big piece and then put the toppings on, then sprinkled chopped pecans on it. I then rolled into one big log and then sliced them into 12 rolls. Next time I plan on spreading butter on before I sprinkle the sugar & nuts on.

Super Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms

Reviewed: May 7, 2010
I made these last weekend for a bridal shower. They were fantastic and were gone in no time! I only used 1/4 pkg of spinich and made my own bread crumbs. I added some parm. cheese into the bread crumbs and also added the mushroom stems into the filling. I also used a couple of cloves of garlic.

Chicken Spaghetti Casserole I

Reviewed: Mar. 4, 2010
I made this last night...SUPER YUMMY. I did make a few changes. Instead of all cheddar, I used 1/2 cheddar 1/2 pepper jack. I also added 5 cloves of garlic & threw in that and the onions in with the chicken chunks while it was cooking. Like one of the other cooks I used 1 can fat free chicken soup & 1 can fat free mushroom soup & used a little more chicken broth instead of wine. One other thing I used red pepper instead of pimentos. Would definately make again, maybe adding some kind of veggies. Very versitile recipe. Thanks!!

Seasoned Turkey Burgers

Reviewed: Jan. 27, 2010
Excellent recipe...I've never eaten a turkey burger before. After looking at the reviews & seeing that people thought it was salty, I used 2 lbs per 1 pkt of onion soup. I put garlic salt & pepper on the patties. While it was very good this way, I needed to add a touch of salt on the patty after the first taste. Lots of things you could add to this recipe - I'm a garlic freak so next time will add some fresh minced garlic to the turkey.

I'd give this 10 stars if I could - super easy and is absolutely delicious!!! I used pecans instead of walnuts.
