Ken's Kickin' Posole
I cannot tell you how delicious this recipe is, it deserves 10 stars! If you would like to make a healthier version you can also try it with turkey bacon and beef stew bits, if your store does not carry poblanos use canned green chiles. But let me be perfectly clear when I say this recipe is fantastic as is! I am mexican american and this tastes exactly like what I grew up with, the flavors are perfecto!!!

Brown Jug Soup
Excellent soup!I used frozen broccoli, frozen bag of veggies 2 potatoes cubed, onion and a little minced garlic. Also I used canned chicken broth, fat free cream of chicken soup and low fat Velveeta to make it a little healthier. I think next time I will add some rotisserie chicken for something a little different but was great as is.

Apple Pie by Grandma Ople
WOW FOR PEARS TOO! Ok so I had a lot of pears that I needed to use and fast so I decided to take a risk and use this recipe to make a pear pie. All I can say is FABULOUS! I am so excited to use this with apples now. I added 1 tbs of vanilla and 1 tsp of cinnamon and a pillsbury crust. What makes this recipe so different is the sauce it tastes like you are eating caramel pear pie. My family ate it a la mode with vanilla ice cream....YUM!!
