New England Clam Chowder I

Tasty I would cook bacon longer and I made it with 1/2 non-fat and 1/2 whole milk. I am sure I would like the heavier milk but wanted to lower calories a little.

Pretty good, definitley need to blend sauce before adding shredded chicken. Not as good as the clasic, time consuming recipe, but it will do in a pinch.

Slow-Cooker Chicken Tortilla Soup

I Loved it!!! My 3 year old ate it up and asked me to make it again sometime! BIG hit in my family! One month later a family member was taking care of my kids. They asked my son what he wanted for dinner (thinking he would say McD's) he said mommy's tortilla soup! I think it was a hit! :)lol
