Chicken Pesto Pizza from Pillsbury® Artisan Pizza Crust

Reviewed: Dec. 31, 2012
This was delicious! We made it for a party and cut it into smaller pieces so it was more like an appetizer. Everyone loved it, even the kids. The only thing we did different from the original recipe is to brush the crust with a little olive oil before we baked it.

Cool Whipped Frosting

Reviewed: Feb. 2, 2011
This is the only frosting recipe I use now, and everyone always raves on how good it is! It's light but doesn't have the over-powering cool whip taste, I think the pudding mix adds extra flavor. I also found that after you frost the cake, if you refrigerate it for an hour or so, it helps the frosting set up a little thicker. You can also add food coloring if you want to make it a color other than white- I once used lemon pudding mix and added a few drops of yellow food coloring and frosted a lemon cake. It was delicious and the light yellow frosting was very pretty!

Zucchini Brownies

Reviewed: Aug. 19, 2010
These were so good and a great way to use all the extra zucchini! I followed the recipe exactly and was a little hesitant since the recipe didn't call for eggs (I even double checked it thinking I missed them), but they came out delicious and so moist! My husband took a couple in his lunch the next day and sent me a text that just said "these brownies you made are the best I have ever had in my life!"

Broccoli Chicken Divan

Reviewed: Oct. 6, 2009
This is a great meal for a working mom who needs a quick meal for the family! My kids and husband loved it, we all had clean plates. I made a few changes: used a 10oz. can of cooked chicken (makes it even quicker), added 1/2 c. sour cream, steamed the broccoli instead of boiling, and used cream of mushroom soup instead of cream of broccoli. I also added a couple shakes of onion powder, pepper, and celery salt. Mixed everything together in a big bowl then poured into an 8x8 baking dish, covered with more cheese, bread crumbs and sprayed the top with butter spray. This recipe is a keeper!

Bacon-Roasted Chicken with Potatoes

Reviewed: Aug. 25, 2009
I'm always looking for new ways to cook chicken drumsticks- and this recipe is a keeper! I skinned the chicken, used regular peeled potatoes (didn't have yukon gold), and it turned out delicious. I did toss the potatoes in a little Italian dressing as someone else suggested because I was afraid the potatoes would dry out without any liquid in the dish. My kids and husband loved it- no leftovers!
