Sausage, Peppers, Onions, and Potato Bake

So delicious! My husband said that he wished the sausage was scrambled, and the potatoes hash brown style, which I may try for his sake--I think the potatoes would get mushy. In my opinion, NOTHING needs to be changed!

Marzetti® Ultimate Chicken

Fantastic! My finace hates blue cheese and spinach, but he cleaned his plate and ate the leftovers! I would like more apple in mine. I think next time I make it, I will cook 2 apples instead of one.

This is AWESOME as long as you eat it while it's hot. It doesn't re-heat well, so leftovers are not very good.

Teriyaki Onion Burgers

These burgers were so moist! Yum! However, I think next time I will season the ground beef before adding the teriyaki sauce and onions.

Pollo Mediterranean

Absolutely freakin' fantastic!! I served this over bowtie pasta, and to save time, I used a bag of pre-cooked frozen chicken breast strips. Wow! I'm definitely adding this one to my repetoire. :-)

Jalapeno Snacks

I took these to a superbowl party this past Sunday, and they were a huge hit! I was worried they would be too spicy for some of my friends, but they weren't very spicy at all. They were worth the work.
