Chocolate Peanut Butter Marble Cake
I made this as a two layer cake for my boyfriend, who loves peanut butter and chocolate. I used the buttercream professional icing on here for both filler and frosting, then used chocolate and peanut butter chips to cover the top and sides (used creamy peanut butter instead of chips for the actual recipe). The cake came out reaaally moist and rich, you can taste the peanut butter! And the batter was delicious too :) But I think this would do better as a sheet cake with a little bit of chocolate topping instead of a two layer, just so you know ahead of time. Way too rich! (Not a bad thing!!)

Quick and Almost-Professional Buttercream Icing
I made a two layer cake (peanut butter chocolate, on this site) and used this as both the filler and frosting. The first batch I made I tried to make it darker by adding some black food coloring and a little bit more cocoa, which I guess was a mistake because when it hardened it was really hard (but worked for the filling, I guess). The second batch was perfect! But it only covered the top of my cake, so then I made a THIRD batch for the sides of my cake. Well, it tasted great! Really rich and looks gorgeous. Great frosting/icing, will definitely use again!

Caramel Corn IV
I doubled the sauce and it came out exactly like Cracker Jack's. Next time I think I'll just make 1 1/2 of the sauce, because with how much the recipe calls for the popcorn is barely glazed. Very delicious!
