Apple Pie Bread

Reviewed: Oct. 19, 2011
very easy and good. I added a 1/2 cup of sour cream and a splash of vanilla. Also added a topping with 1/4 cup of chopped nuts, 1/4 cup chopped apples and a TBLS of butter and a teaspoon of cinnamon. Put in 2 bread pans.

Awesome Banana Pancakes

Reviewed: May 28, 2011
There is nothing awsome about these pancakes. I evne followed the tweeks that some one else did. Decrease the buttermilk, add honey and added baking powder. My husband said these are not a keeper. But on a positive note the kids liked them alot.

Savory Grilled Beef Kabobs

Reviewed: Dec. 22, 2010
It made the meat tasteless. I would have marinated it longer and would add garlic and a little more salt. This recipe just needs a few tweeks and I thing it ouls be fine.

Jacky's Fruit and Yogurt Muffins

Reviewed: Aug. 24, 2009
I used lemon yogurt, 1 Tbls lemon juice and a tsp of lemon zest. I also added some milk because the mixture seemed a bit dry, I would say about 3/4 cup. They were very tastey. I would cut down on the sugar next time but they were very good! A keeper for sure!!:)
