Such an easy and tasty sauce. No fuss no muss! Liked it for when I don't have a lot of time.

Very tasty and really easy! What's not to like? We used it with steamed pork buns and potstickers.

Pastrami Chicken Wings

These turned out really good! Baking them on parchment or a silicone baking sheet is essential in my view. Great taste! Definitely a keeper.

This is a winner! Made with our fresh garden cucumbers, it is light, crunchy, refreshing with a little kick at the end. It's really good!!

Broccoli Chicken Divan

Reviewed: Aug. 17, 2012
We liked this but found there was a fair amount of liquid in the bottom of the dish. It may be due to an off brand of soup we had on hand. Followed another reviewers suggestion and used panko crumbs and some crushed french fried onions on top. Delish! It's worth another try.

Southwestern Roasted Corn Salad

Reviewed: Jul. 20, 2012
Did not have cob corn so we used frozen and it was just delicious. Also had to leave out the red onion due to family allergies. The dressing is wonderful and flavors are so fresh.

Eggplant Au Gratin

Reviewed: Apr. 15, 2012
This is very good. I used pepper jack mozzarella because that's what I had on hand and mixed in some peccorino to the pamesan cheese. I layered them all in and used extra on top. Tasty!

Annette's Great Ham Glaze

Reviewed: Apr. 9, 2012
I liked the ingredients in this so decided to try it. Having read the other reviews, I reduced the amount of molasses by about a third and added a couple of shakes of worchestershire to add to the savory profile. It came out very nice and we enjoyed the flavor. It didn't thicken as much as I thought it would but that was a minor issue.

Chili Sauce

Reviewed: Nov. 6, 2011
Just ok as is. With reviewer comments about being too sweet I halved the brown sugar and added about 1/2tsp each of onion powder, garlic powder, chili powder and a pinch of salt. It's certainly better that way and avoids all that high fructose corn syrup. I'll try it again.

Smoky Grilled Pork Chops

Reviewed: Oct. 5, 2011
The flavor of these is really good. We made into a marinade because the rub was a gritty gloppy texture after we added the liquid. Also, 12 min per side was way too long and the became too dry and tough. Will try again and adjust the cooking time

Carrot Cake III

Reviewed: Sep. 30, 2011
This was excellent. Made into muffins to share with neighbors so we wouldn't eat it all! I used half white sugar, half brown sugar and half white flour, half whole wheat flour. It was very moist and full of flavor. This one will go into the keeper file.

Chicken and Spinach Alfredo Lasagna

One of the best lasagnas I ever tasted! Used frozen spinach since that is what I had and just thawed it in the microwave and squeezed out the excess moisture. Try this one, it's a keeper!

To Die For Blueberry Muffins

These are wondeful and so easy to make! I used frozen huckleberries because that's what we had in the freezer from this summer's harvest. Also used 1/2 tsp of cardamom for part of the cinnamon. They were delicious!

Cheese and Sausage Stuffed Zucchini

Reviewed: Sep. 16, 2010
Made this for dinner tonight and we loved it. Used half ground beef and half sausage because that's what I had on hand. Also added the onions to the meat while browning since my wife likes them carmelized. Very flavorful dish. Thanks for a great recipe.
