Bob's Habanero Hot Sauce - Liquid Fire

Reviewed: Oct. 24, 2009
AWESOME!!!!!! I had to use up a bunch of Habaneros and hot lemon peppers that my wife grew. Best hot sauce I've ever made! Nice!

Portuguese Kale Soup

Great soup!! I had already made my own beef broth so I used that instead of the bones and water. Loved it!

Hot Pepper Jelly

Reviewed: Oct. 24, 2009
This is one of my favorite recipes now!! I've already made it twice...in a week! I did my own little twist though. Instead of the red pepper flakes I used hot lemon peppers that my wife grew in the garden. The bright yellow collor adds to the look of this jelly. I only made a quarter of what the original called for, but next time I'm making one big batch...love it!!!

Chicken and Dumplings II

Reviewed: Sep. 14, 2009
All I have to say is...Yum! After reading the other reviews, I didn't put potatos in and I added a couple different spices like garlic, celery seed (didn't have celery) and parsley to give it a little color. For lack of having some of the ingredients I also added some frozen peas. Came out awesome...almost like a pot pie stew!

Chicken Thighs Surprise

Reviewed: Sep. 10, 2009
This was a pretty good recipe...kind of a comfort dish. I did a couple of things differently... I browned the chicken in a little olive oil first (so that it didn't take so long to cook) then I did exactly what DRUMNWRITE said...I used what I had. Put in some mushrooms, some onion, a lot of garlic and some zucchinni. Then to give it a little italian feel, I added some italian seasoning and then topped it off with some parmesean cheese instead of swiss. Turned out awesome, down home goodness.
