Awesome and Easy Creamy Corn Casserole

Reviewed: Dec. 27, 2007
This went over great with friends at a holiday dinner - so much that the wife asked for the recipe. It warmed up with leftovers very nicely, too. Hubby loved it so I will make it again.

Sweet Russian Cabbage Soup

Reviewed: Aug. 21, 2006
I used twice the tomatos, fresh from the garden, but otherwise followed the original recipe. Neither hubby nor I are fond of cooked cabbage but this is great. Will make it again!

Grilled Salmon I

Reviewed: Dec. 13, 2004
I baked the salmon, and left out the lemon pepper and salt. No matter, though, it was easy and excellent! Thanks!

Sherry Sour Cream Chicken

Reviewed: Oct. 28, 2004
Thanks to other reviewers, I reduced the cooking time and made more sauce. For my tastes, I'd reduce the spices next time, especially rosemary.

Tyson's Easy Chicken Curry

Reviewed: Oct. 28, 2004
This is so good! Both my husband and I loved it. I used sweet onion which added to the curry/sweet contrast, and took another reviewer's advice of adding more curry. I also used plain old purple grapes because they were on hand and I can't imagine what the difference would be. We had trouble finding out what wine to serve with this, but eventually settled on a light chardonnay from Australia, with little acidic bite so it wouldn't complicate the spicy curry. I could eat this every day.

Very fun, and better than most store-bought.

Thai Peanut Butter Sauce

Reviewed: Dec. 6, 2001
This is excellent on broiled fish! Recipe too hot for you? Just cut the cayenne.
