Harvey Ham Sandwiches

Reviewed: Dec. 16, 2010
We really liked this recipe! It was delicious! Easy to make, satisfying. We will definately be eating this again! We made this exactly per recipe--although we ended up starting with a 10 pound bone in ham by Smithfield. Cooked on low on stove top for approximately 7 hours. It was falling off the bone by then. Cooled and shredded it. Followed the next day by using the crockpot on low for 5 hours. Superb. We were expecting it to be really sweet, but really wasn't --it turned out perfect. Thanks for sharing this! The only change we will make next time is tryingit with pickles on it.

Slow Cooker Cranberry Pork

Reviewed: Nov. 8, 2010
This was delightful! I have to admit I could never make a pork roast that I was completely happy with, until this came along. I made this today when I was having a guest for dinner and I received rave reviews. It was so moist and delicious. The only change I made was to take someone elses suggestion and add some corn starch to thicken the sauce up. We are looking forward to the leftovers tonight. Thanks, I will be using this recipe again!

Simple Whole Roasted Chicken

Reviewed: Sep. 25, 2010
This was just crazy good! I was shocked, mostly because of the unexpected ingredients..cinnamon, allspice, nutmeg..etc. After reading other reviews I decided to double the spices and am glad I did. I think it would not have been enough flavor otherwise. I also decided not tolet it sit in the refrigerator overnight. I did make a change in decided to cook it in a Reynolds cooking bag and added potatoes and carrots. I baked/cooked it a little slower at 350 degrees. It took a little longer, but was well worth the wait. It got rave reviews from the family. Thanks so much for sharing this! Everyone should try it.

Crispy Fish

Reviewed: Aug. 24, 2009
This recipe is fantastic! I made the recipe exactly as called for except for using regular crisco instead of butter crisco. This is so much better than any fried fish I have ever had! I will this recipe over and over! Thanks so much for sharing.
