I have been making these for years & these truffles are probably the reason I keep getting invited to christmas parties. Everyone loves them!
A few tricks I've learned:
1. Food processor for the oreos. Then I knead in the cr cheese by hand.
2. Place balls on a cookie sheet in the freezer for 15 min before coating.
3. USE VANILLA CANDY COATING / ALMOND BARK. (Not white chocolate.) It is much easier to work with and solves the problem of them tasting too rich.
