This was great! We love garlic so I did add an extra tsp of soy sauce and 1 tsp of minced garlic at the end...LOVE the chicken though!

Slow Cooker Chili II

Reviewed: Jan. 5, 2011
Great basic recipe anyone can follow. I cut down the spicyness a little as I have a 2 and 3 yr old and I am a big baby when it comes to spice, teehee!

Chicken with Quinoa and Veggies

Reviewed: Jan. 5, 2011
SUPER YUMMY!!! I never had Quinoa before and I love the nuttiness! I always just utilize whatever veggies I have in the refridge. This is pretty much the only dish with LOADS of veggies that my 2 and 3 yr old boys devour!!

Basic Quiche by Shelly

Reviewed: Jan. 5, 2011
Great basis for easy Quiche! This was my 1st attempt, I made it for Christmas Brunch for my husbands family. I opted for Cheddar instead of Jarlsburg and added 1 frozen spinach, drained and dried and diced roasted red pepper for the the green/red look. SUPER tasty!! I'm making it again for a party next weekend!!

Corn Casserole III

Great side dish...I doubled and cooked about 10-15min longer...still wonderfully sweet! If you don't like sweet corn this is not the dish for you.

Potato Ham Skillet

Reviewed: Dec. 10, 2009
This was really good for the leftover ham I had from a big family dinner. I, like previous reviewer, don't like onions or peppers so I added minced/dry onion and peas for a little color, but next time I will add some mushrooms, that would be great; and I lowered the heat and cooked a little longer so the potatoes wouldn't burn. But a super weeknight meal, quick and easy.
