Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings

Reviewed: May 26, 2011
Uh-Mazing! Honestly, add what you like and just follow the base recipe. Whether you add veggies or not, this is a good recipe. My only suggestion would be to skip the salt. Ours ended up really salty the first time. I definitely pushed the dumplings down like others suggested and they came out perfect. Love it!

Coconut Shrimp I

Reviewed: May 26, 2011
This really is an amazing recipe. I use a fry daddy jr to make them with peanut oil. We like the sweetened coconut but have tried the non-sweetened as well. Both are good. The best coconut though is the finest shred you can get. If you get bigger flakes the tips burn, so get the smallest that you can. Also, I have started making a dip from grape jelly and barbecue sauce mixed together. Everyone loves it.

Colorful Vegetable Fajitas

Reviewed: Mar. 24, 2011
Very good. Wouldn't change a thing, and will probably make it weekly. Did 4 of 5 because I couldn't do 4.5. It is very simple but great. I added some julienned jicama and that was great too.

Corned Beef on Toast

Reviewed: Nov. 23, 2009
Amazing! I used left over corned beef that we had in the crock pot the day before and just chopped it up. I really cduldn't believe how good this was, and I am a very picky/particular cook. More flavor than expected and no modifications needed.
