Reviewed: Aug. 16, 2001
I quickly threw this together before work. It was so delecious I had to copy it for the girls on the job. Now they rave about it also. Thanks a bunch!

Richard's Chicken Breasts

Reviewed: Oct. 24, 2004
This recipe was delicious but needed a few modifications. I used 4 chicken breast, 3/4 cups of Marsala, and only 1/4 tsp of Rosemary. I've found if you stick with the recipe as stated the Wine will not make ample sauce and the Rosemary flavor will be too strong.

Butter Pecan Ice Cream

Reviewed: Jan. 16, 2010
Way too sweet. My husband had one serving and told me to dump the rest. I would make again with half the amount of sugar because it had a good consistency and flavor.

Quinoa Side Dish

Reviewed: Jul. 5, 2013
Fantastic! I sauteed the garlic and onions, removed from pan, then browned the quinoa. The thought of raw onion and garlic were not appealing. I used ckn broth so no salt was needed. Can't wait to try this same recipe with buckwheat groat or spelt.
