Easy Chocolate Chip Cookies
2 cups of c/chips is way too much, and I have a sweet tooth. I added 1/2 cup per others reviews and it was still a bit much because this cookie is very sweet. I think I will try this recipe next time with chopped nuts in order to cut down on sweetness. Overall this is a good recipe if you need to whip up something quick. The cookie has a chewy texture which is nice.

Chicken Oreganato
Amazing!!!!!! So delicious and yet so simple to prepare taste even better he next day. I used mexican oregano & as suggested by another reviewer I put the thighs skin side down after about 18 min, I flipped them and sprinkled a good amount of paprika to have have skin brown up a bit more & they went right back into the oven, paprika will not alter the taste.

Flan Mexicano (Mexican Flan)
This flan was delicious but it did not set up. I might not have baked it long enough or perhaps it was because I overlooked the step of adding the heavy cream to the mixture and just pulsing. I added all to the blender at once,I also used a bundt cake pan to bake this. I don't know if any of these steps I took made a difference but the taste is amazing. My texture was ore custard that flan. (baked in bain marie)
