Cherry Swirl Coffee Cake

I did not care for this recipe. i thought this was just a basic coffee cake, but it's no wonder you're supposed to use all that pie filling. it was sooo dry and tasted like bad pie crust. it was also impossible to tell when it was actually done.

Company Cheesecake

A.M.A.Z.I.N.G. But, cheesecake doesn't HAVE to crack on top. I baked mine using a different website's directions for baking, 45 min. at 325 with a 9x13 pan of water on the rack below, then I turned the oven off completely for another hour (do NOT open the door) then when I took the cake out, I ran a knife around the edge (to allow for shrinkage) and placed a cookie sheet on top of the pan, letting it cool completely before putting it in the fridge. Cheesecakes commonly crack for many reasons, including temperature change, overbaking, not running the knife around the edge, dry oven temperature (that's what the water bath remedies) Hope I helped the other cheesecake lovers of the world with the other baking directions! Thank you for this wonderful recipe! I've already been lined up to make them for my family's next 3 birthdays!

Sugar Cookie Icing

Wonderful! it didn't run, the colors were bright, and I loved the perfectly smooth texture (wasn't hard or crunchy) My squirrel cookies looked way better than they would have with store-bought frosting :-P

100-Calorie Pumpkin Pie Tartlets

Very cute! I put them in ceramic ramekins, so they took about twice as long to bake..Overall taste was pretty good, basic pumpkin pie without the crust. The best part of this recipe were definitely the nutrition facts! Instead of gingersnaps, I used mini animal crackers and cinnamon pecans :-) Yum!

Chewy Peanut Butter Brownies

The first time I made these, I doubled the recipe(minus one egg, little extra pb) and marbled them with a boxed brownie mix, then put mini pb cups in them! sooo delicious. I took them to a get-together with some of my Amish neighbors and the pan came home scraped clean!! The second time I made them, this afternoon, I simply went by the recipe and put them in a 9x9 and added about 1/2 c. of mini milk chocolate chips. Simply wonderful :-)

Slow Cooker Tapioca Pudding

tastes great, added a bit of vanilla and salt... mine curdled....i'm very sad about it... :-( i stirred it frequently, not sure why it curdled... i'm pretty sure the fault was with the cook and not the recipe :-) and i will try it again!
